JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday morning crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-95 in Joppa.

The crash was reported at around 6:30 a.m. on April 19, 2023 on northbound I-95 near the Mountain Road exit.

Initial reports indicate that the tractor-trailer crashed into another vehicle, then went through the barrier and is leaking fuel.

Heavy delays are present on I-95. Motorists should use caution in the area.
