TOWSON, MD—Motorists can expect some delays as they travel on I-695 on Monday morning.

At just after 11 a.m., officials said that three lanes were shut down along the outer loop at the Loch Raven Boulevard exit (Exit 29).

The lanes are blocked due to debris in the roadway after a truck lost its load, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
