GLEN ARM, MD—The Maryland State Highway Administration reports that northbound Harford Road has been shut down in the Glen Arm area.

At just after 10 a.m. on Tuesday, SHA officials said that northbound Harford Road had been shut down at Notchcliff Road due to a downed utility pole.

Motorists should use northbound Belair Road as an alternate route.
