JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a serious, Friday afternoon crash in Joppa.

The crash was reported at around 4:45 p.m. in the 1200-block of Mountain Road (21085).

At least one vehicle has rolled over in the crash and one person is trapped.

Personnel from Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company are using the Jaws of Life to extricate the patient.

Mountain Road has been shut down between Philadelphia Road and Old Mountain Road.

Motorists should use an alternate route.
