TOWSON, MD—Detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children’s Unit arrested and charged 43-year-old Keith H. Savage with second-degree rape, sexual abuse of a minor, and child pornography, along with other sexual offense charges.

Savage was granted bail and is currently on home detention.

Police say that, for several years, Savage was active in numerous foster care programs.

Authorities are searching for any additional victims that may have been in his care.
