NOTTINGHAM, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch for northern Baltimore County.
The watch will be in effect from late Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Forecasters say sub-freezing temperatures of 30 to 32 degrees are possible.
Sub-freezing temperatures could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation, and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Residents should take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
