NOTTINGHAM, MD—A few local players scored big prizes from the Maryland Lottery over the past week.
Lottery officials say the following winning tickets were sold in and around the Nottingham area:
- $50,000 Powerball ticket sold on April 1 at Maria’s, located at 1812 Taylor Avenue in Parkville (unclaimed)
- $15,514 RACETRAX ticket sold on March 31 at Perry Hall BP located at 8890 Belair Road in Nottingham (unclaimed)
- $10,000 $10,000 Lucky ticket sold at Loch Raven Liquors, located at 1701 Yakona Road in Parkville
In all, there were 31 Maryland Lottery tickets worth $10,000 or more that were sold or redeemed in the seven days ending April 3, and the Lottery paid a total of more than $38.1 million in prizes during that span.
