ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing Essex 18-year-old.

Jackel Moore is 5’4” tall and weighs around 120 pounds.

She is believed to be wearing a black bonnet, a long white t-shirt, and shorts.

Jackel was last seen at around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday on Skipjack Court (21221).

Police believe she may be in emotional distress.

Anyone with information on Jackel Moore’s whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call police at 410-307-2020.
