PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a serious, Tuesday morning crash on I-695 in Parkville.

The crash was reported at around 7:30 a.m. along the outer loop at the Harford Road exit.

Reports indicate that the crash involves a motorcycle.

Several outer loop lanes are blocked at the Harford Road exit.
