BALTIMORE, MD—Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who was found on Thursday afternoon.

The man pictured is about 21 years old and was found in the area of Radecke Avenue and the I-95 overpass at 1 p.m.

Authorities say he is non-verbal and may be cognitively impaired.

Anyone with information on this man’s identity is asked to call the White Marsh Precinct at 410-887-5000.
