Baltimore County Fire Department announces five promotions

TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County Fire Department Chief Joanne Rund on Thursday announced promotions to the ranks of EMS Lieutenant and Fire Apparatus Driver-Operator (FADO).

Two members have been promoted to EMS Lieutenant:

  • PM Krystal Kelly

Three members have been promoted to Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator:

  • EMT/FF William Packo
  • EMT/FF Jesse Spruell
  • EMT/FF Adam Webster

The promotions are effective June 19th.
