Parkville tobacco shop burglarized, Home Depot robbed

PARKVILLE, MD—Police are investigating two local crimes that were reported over the past week.

At just after 8:45 a.m. on Friday, December 4, the Home Depot in the 2500-block of Cleanleigh Drive (21234) was robbed of cash by an individual who implied a firearm.

At just after 3:45 a.m. on Saturday, December 5, three individuals pried open the door of the Discount Tobacco Outlet, located in the 2500-block of Putty Hill Avenue (21234), and unsuccessfully tried to steal the ATM.

The suspects then stole cash from the registers and fled the scene.
