NOTTINGHAM MD—The National Weather Service says severe weather is possible in the Baltimore area on Sunday.

A squall line is expected to develop along a cold front and move across the area from west to east on Sunday afternoon and into Sunday evening.

Damaging winds and a brief period of heavy rain may be possible as this squall line progresses through.

Residents should stay tuned to their local forecast.
