NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police in Baltimore County are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.

Stephanie Ann Matthews, 38, is suffering from emotional distress, according to authorities. She is 4’11” tall, weighs 190 pounds, and has brown straight hair and blue eyes.

Matthews was reported missing from the unit block of Riverside Road (21221) and last seen in Dundalk around August 15th.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
