ROSEDALE, MD—Authorities say a woman who was reported missing from the Rosedale area last week has been found deceased.

Betty Defazio, 70, suffered from a cognitive disability and was last seen at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, at the Regal Inn.

On Thursday morning, police said Defazio’s body had been found in Prince George’s County.

No additional details have been provided at this time.

Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death and are working jointly with the Prince George’s County Police Department.
