NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Monday announced that Silver Spring Shopping Center would soon undergo renovations.

The shopping center is located at the intersection of Belair Road and Silver Spring Road in Nottingham/Perry Hall.

“The renovation of the Silver Spring Shopping Center has been a top priority for me, which is why we worked so hard to attract the Lidl supermarket earlier this year,” said Councilman Marks. “These renovations will (beautify) a shopping center that is one of the oldest in Perry Hall.”

The renovations will be done by KLNB Management and should take place this winter or in the spring, according to Councilman Marks.
