FALLSTON, MD—Crews are on the scene of a technical rescue in Fallston.

At around 10 a.m., units responded to the 300-block of Reckord Road for a report of a trapped animal.

At the scene, crews found that a horse had become stuck in a fence.

Animal control units are on the scene and working to free the horse.
