NOTTINGHAM, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for the Baltimore area for Friday.

Winds of 20 to 30 mph are expected with gusts of up to 50 mph.

The advisory will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.

Tree limbs could also be blown down and some power outages may occur.

Motorists should use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.

Citizens are encouraged secure outdoor objects.
