EDGEWOOD, MD—A vehicle crashed into an apartment building in Edgewood on Wednesday morning.

At just after 6 a.m., crews responded to the 1900-block of Edgewater Drive.

The driver and one occupant from the apartment were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

At this time, authorities believe the crash was the result of a medical incident.

The investigation is ongoing at this hour.
