CARNEY, MD—The Parkville Community Relations Council will host a meeting later this month on how to establish a Citizens on Patrol program.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at Christus Victor Lutheran Church, located at 9833 Harford Road in Carney (21234).

The meeting will be co-hosted by the Eastern Perry Hall Citizens on Patrol.
