Parking spot argument turns violent in Rosedale, Parkville home burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a road rage incident and two burglaries that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 2 p.m. and 10:54 p.m. on Friday, November 15, an individual broke into a residence in the 6600-block of Collinsdale Road in Parkville (21234) via a sliding door. The suspect stole several items and then fled the scene.

At just before 9 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, a known individual broke into a residential garage in the 8100-block of Sumter Avenue in Rosedale (21237) by pulling the garage door off the track. No items were stolen. The suspect was apprehended a short time later.

At 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, an individual tried to ram two victims with his vehicle after arguing with them over a parking space in the 6400-block of Petrie Way in Rosedale (21237). The suspect then fled the scene.
