JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a serious, Thursday afternoon crash in Joppa.

The crash was reported at about 3:15 p.m. in the 1600-block of Philadelphia Road.

Injuries and entrapment have been reported at the scene.

A third medic unit is being dispatched.

Motorists should avoid the area.
