PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Tuesday evening crash in Parkville.

The crash was reported at just before 5:45 p.m. along the outer loop of I-695 between Harford Road and Perring Parkway.

The three right lanes of the outer loop are blocked between Harford and Perring.

Motorists should expect significant delays.
