ESSEX, MD—Police are searching for a man who has gone missing from the Essex area.
Robert Whiting, 22, from Glenwood Road, was last seen wearing a blue & black jacket, gray sweatpants, and black boots.
Police say he was last seen on Monday, November 4, and is suffering from an emotional crisis.
