NOTTINGHAM, MD – In addition to the Severe Thunderstorm Warning that was issued for the Nottingham area on Thursday afternoon, a Flash Flood Warning is now also in effect.

The warning is in effect until 7:45 p.m. on Thursday and covers northeastern Baltimore County as well as southern Harford County.

Areas affected include Essex, Middle River, Carney, Parkville, Glen Arm, Joppa, Kingsville, White Marsh, Nottingham, and Chase.

Residents should avoid walking or driving through flood waters and should move immediately to higher ground.
