OVERLEA, MD – Police are investigating a burglary and two attempted burglaries that were reported over the past week.
At 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, five suspects – four of whom were juveniles – broke into Pete’s Cycle Co., located in the 7500-block of Belair Road in Overlea/Fullerton (21236). All of the suspects were apprehended at a nearby location.
Sometime between midnight and 3 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22 while canvassing the area, officers located a garage that had been pried open in the 100-block of Attenborough Drive in Rosedale (21237). No items were reported missing.
At 3 a.m. on Wednesday, an individual pried open a detached garage in the 9800-block of Whitney Drive in Nottingham (21236) and opened various toolboxes located inside. No items were reported missing.
