Police are investigating two crimes that were reported over the past week.

At about 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, four individuals assaulted a victim in the parking lot of the Hazelwood Inn, located in the 4900-block of Hazelwood Avenue (21206).  The suspects then fled the scene with the victim’s checkbook and money. Two of the suspects fled in one vehicle and the other two suspects fled in another vehicle.

At just after 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, a man was approached by another man while sitting in his vehicle at a gas station in the 8500-block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237). The suspect pulled the victim out of his vehicle and then drove away in the victim’s vehicle.
