Lots of work has been done to improve The Avenue at White Marsh, but more is yet to come.
Officials at The Avenue announced on Friday that Phase III of the improvement plan would begin on May 29th.
This phase will include new landscaping and enhanced streetscapes, and two roundabouts will also be installed to assist with traffic flow. The work will also include art installations throughout the property.
This phase should be completed by this fall.
During this process, all stores will remain open.
Customers are advised to utilize the parking available behind the buildings, as portions of the main drive lanes in front of the stores will be closed periodically to allow work to be completed as quickly as possible.
