Police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting in Carney.
The incident took place along Swampscott Court, 21234, at about 2 a.m. on Thursday morning.
The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Davon Lamar Fuqua, of Carney.
It is believed that the shooting was targeted.
Fuqua was shot once in the upper body after parking his car along Swampscott Court.
As he and his girlfriend were walking from the car to a building an individual approached, shot the Fuqua, then fled the scene. His girlfriend was unharmed.
Police continue to investigate at this hour.
