Crews were on the scene of a serious crash in Fallston on Friday evening. 

At just after 6 p.m., paramedics responded to the intersection of Belair Road and Reckord Road. 

At the scene, responders found that there had been a serious motor vehicle collision with one person trapped. 

Belair Road has been shut down while personnel from Fallston Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Co. try to extricate the trapped individual. 

Motorists should use an alternative route and expect heavy delays.
