TOWSON, MD—Councilwoman Cathy Bevins’ Bill No. 52-19 passed through the Baltimore County Council’s legislative session on Monday evening, November 4, 2019. The passage of this legislation allows alternative uses and development proposals adjacent to the MD-43 Overlay District.
