“While our positivity and case rates remain lower than most states in America, we are closely monitoring increases in some of our key health metrics, including hospitalizations,” said Governor Larry Hogan on Friday. “Two counties, Dorchester and Garrett, are reporting positivity rates over 5%.”

“COVID-19 is spreading rapidly throughout the country, and does not recognize state borders,” Hogan added. “Please continue to wear a mask, wash your hands frequently, avoid gatherings, and practice physical distancing.”
