Police investigating Middle River home invasion, Rosedale sexual assault

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a home invasion and a sexual assault that were reported over the past week.

Between 8:45 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, a woman got into a vehicle with a man  and went to a motel in the 7900-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). The victim advised that once they arrived at the motel, the suspect pulled out a gun and forced them to have sexual intercourse.

Between 9:45 and 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, one suspect knocked on the door to a home in the unit block of Sorgen Court in Middle River (21220) and forced their way in by displaying a gun. The first suspect ordered the victim to lay face down in the living room. The first suspect opened the back door to let a second suspect into the home. The first suspect stayed with victim, while the second searched the home. The suspects fled after a game console was stolen from the scene.
