Old signs taken down at Perry Hall Square

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Out with the old, in with the new.

The old signs at Perry Hall Square were taken down on Friday.

New signage has been installed that is closer to the ground.

The shopping center’s old red lettering was taken down back in May as the complex prepared for an overhaul.

Atlantic Realty Companies invested over $2 million in upgrading the 55-year-old shopping center, the oldest in Perry Hall.

The most highly-anticipated new tenant, El Salto restaurant, is schedule to open on Monday.
