UPDATE: The company has reached out to NottinghamMD to clarify that the CAVA Grill that is opening on Campbell Boulevard is not the same as CAVA Mezze, although they are part of the same chain. CAVA Grills are the chain’s fast casual offering, while the Mezze are full service restaurants – similar to what is located in Baltimore.

NOTTINGHAM, MD—A new Mediterranean restaurant is coming to town.
CAVA Grill will soon be opening its first Baltimore County location on Campbell Boulevard in Nottingham/White Marsh.
CAVA will be offering its customizable salads, grain bowls, and house-made juices made with the highest quality ingredients and bold, Mediterranean flavors, with the White Marsh community.
Designed to meet the needs of the neighborhood, the restaurant will feature 52 seats for dine-in guests, alongside patio seating, and is design for convenience with designated pickup area for orders placed online and through the CAVA app.
In addition to CAVA’s signature menu offerings of Crazy Feta, Spicy Lamb meatballs and Cauliflower Quinoa Tabbouleh, the restaurant will open with fall specials like a medley of roasted vegetables, a seasonal topping of White Bean Salad, and Greek Minestrone soup. Additionally, the CAVA White Marsh menu will feature the brand’s newest culinary innovation – Harissa Honey Chicken, which combines two Mediterranean mainstays: fiery harissa and Madhava amber honey.
This will be the brand’s 12th location in Maryland, following the opening of their 11th Maryland location in Woodmore in October.
With an opening date of “late 2019,” CAVA is currently hiring for prep crew, culinary lead, grill cook, guest experience manager, and other team members.
The new location will be at 5201-A Campbell Boulevard.
