ESSEX, MD – Crews are on the scene of a Sunday night apartment fire in Essex.

The fire was reported at just after 8:45 p.m. in the 800-block of Brunswick Road (21221).

Units arrived on the scene to find smoke showing from the second floor of the apartment building.

There has been no word on any injuries.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
