Crews are on the scene of a Tuesday morning water rescue in Essex.
At about 11:45 a.m., a sailboat overturned in the water near the 2500-block of Barrison Point Road (21221).
A police vessel is now on the scene with the occupant.
There has been no word on any injuries.
