Police are investigating after a Middle River man was assaulted and robbed last week.

At 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, a man was walking in the area of Sopwith Drive and Lanoitan Road, 21220.

That’s when police say four suspects approached the victim from behind, assaulted him and stole his wallet.

The suspects then fled the scene.

No additional information is available at this time.

Anyone who witnessed this incident is asked to call police.
