Police are investigating three robberies that took place in the Essex area this week.
At about 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, a man was robbed by two armed men while attempting to purchase a motorcycle in the 1100 block of Tace Drive, 21221. The suspects stole a cell phone, cash and vehicle. The victim’s vehicle was later recovered.
At 7:15 p.m. on January 21, two men approached a third man outside Johnson and Sons Auto Body Repair Shop, located in the 600 block of Eastern Boulevard 21221. The suspects assaulted the man, took his car keys and stole his vehicle.
At about 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, a man entered the TD Bank, located in the 1800 block of Eastern Boulevard, 21221. The man passed a note to the teller implying he had a weapon and demanded money. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
