A tractor-trailer overturned along southbound Interstate 95 on Friday evening, snarling rush hour traffic. At about 6 p.m., crews responded to I-95 southbound at the Cowenton Avenue overpass. At the scene, responders found that a tractor-trailer had overturned. No injuries were reported in the crash. Motorists should expect delays in the area.
