Boil Water Advisory lifted for northern Baltimore County

BALTIMORE, MD—The Baltimore City Department of Public Works on Friday announced that the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory has been lifted, effective immediately, for the Cockeysville, Hunt Valley, Sparks and Broadmead areas of northern Baltimore County. DPW issues ‘Boil Water Advisory’ for northern Baltimore County residents, businesses following 20-inch water main break

UPDATE: As of 6:45 a.m. on February 15, repairs to the 20-inch water main were completed. DPW officials say crews are on the scene flushing the pipe before water services can resume in the impacted areas.  When water services resume, residents, customers, and businesses in the impacted areas will still remain under the precautionary boil water advisory.
