Police investigating northeast Baltimore shooting death

BALTIMORE, MD—Police are investigating a Monday night shooting that was reported in northeast Baltimore. At just before 11:30 p.m., on April 27, officers responded to the 5300-block of Sinclair Lane (21206) for a report of a shooting.
