BALTIMORE, MD—Authorities are on the scene of a Sunday afternoon shooting near the Overlea area. The shooting was reported at around 4:45 p.m. in the 6000-block of Belair Road (21206). There is a heavy police presence in the area. Traffic is being diverted off of Belair Road at Powell Avenue. There has been no word on the victim’s condition.
