Traffic light outage reported on Route 43

WHITE MARSH, MD—A traffic light outage is causing backups along a busy White Marsh roadway. On Wednesday evening, the Baltimore County Police Department reported that the signal was out at the intersection of Route 43 and Perry Hall Boulevard.
