BEL AIR, MD—Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred Monday evening in Harford County. The driver of a Kawasaki motorcycle involved in the crash, identified as Jeremy Burris, 37, of New York, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical service personnel.
