RASPEBURG, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing teen. Kevin Fair Jr., 16, is 5’08” tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen in the Raspeburg area wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, pants, and gray tennis shoes.
