Suspect charged in Carney shooting
Police in Baltimore County have charged a suspect in connection with Monday evening’s shooting in Carney that left a man injured. Rasheed Isiah Cannon, 20, of the 6300 block of Eastern Parkway, 21214, has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, a handgun violation, and related charges.
