Authorities are on the scene of a fatal Tuesday afternoon crash involving a pedestrian in Rosedale. At just after 3 p.m., paramedics responded to the intersection of Rossville Boulevard and Pulaski Highway. At the scene, crews found that a pedestrian had been fatally struck.
