Crews are on the scene of a serious, Tuesday morning crash on I-695. The crash was reported at just after 10:30 a.m. along the Outer Loop just prior to Providence Road. Three vehicles were involved in the crash, including a tractor-trailer. Motorists should expect delays in the area.
