Downed tree snarls Belair Road traffic in Perry Hall

PERRY HALL, MD—A downed tree is backing up traffic along Belair Road on Friday afternoon. Councilman David Marks reports that the tree came down along northbound Route 1 in the area of Miller Road (21128).
